I’m a beginner in working out I’ve done cardio for about 2 wks and thought I should start doing strength workouts as well! Good luck to everyone else in their journey will be doing this 3x a week

Divided this video into two segments. Working out in my garage following you for seven minutes, then a walk. Repeat the next day. Working my way up to the entire video.

this has really helped me! i want to start getting toned and today was the first time i could do everything without stopping. the push ups used to be really hard for me so being able to complete them is really motivating, even if i'm still only on my knees :)

THIS VIDEO MAKES ME HAPPY, AS I AM OFTEN INTIIMIDATED- I CAN SEE MYSELF TRYING HARDER WITH THIS SIMPLE, DOABLE WORKOUT (instead of just hanging out and watching!)

Beautiful work out. But I would have loved you added like a beep toward the last 5 seconds so we know when it's ending. Because like doing crunches i don't know when it's ending so I get distracted looking up for the seconds.

Hey 😊 thanks for providing a really easy and simple workout for beginners. Would be awesome if you could let us know when the exercise is about to finish and when to switch legs for example because we can't necessarily be looking at the screen the whole time. Thanks! ❤️

I just saw a study where they found it can take about 66 days to form a daily habit. So if you're trying to get into the habit of doing exercise just start with 15 minutes each day until you reach 66 days, then focus on increasing the minutes! Start small and just focus on doing it every single day. Just 15 minutes a day, we can do this! I'm very out of shape. This had me shaky and muscles burning. But my goal is to do this every day for 3 months. Wish me luck 😅

Thanks, Jenny! I didn't realize just HOW out of shape I let myself get during this (ongoing) pandemic. I have decided to change it by alternating yoga one day, strength the next and cardio the next. Out of shape on all fronts!! Your video is great! I couldn't quite do it all but I will be sticking with you on this one until I can keep up the whole time (several times) and then will move on to your next degree of difficulty. Great video, cool music, easy to follow and your cheery attitude is awesome!! Thank you so MUCH! "See" you again on Thursday!!

I love it. It was hard. It was my first time trying it out and I feel great. It will take some time for me stick to the whole video with out stopping too many times. Weight loss and working out is a long process. I’ll be patient and keep trying. Thank you for the video!!

Update: I gained weird because of lockdown put I am stronger and have better physical conditions. My body did have changes.

Today is the second day I did this and the pushups are already a little easier even if I had to put my hands on top of my bed, because even on my knees, they were so hard with my hands on the ground. And I also noticed that doing the pushups with a fist instead of my hand flat on the ground helps to make my wrists not hurt while doing it. Thank you so much for the video.

Even though I am a beginner and it was my very first time doing strength training for a very long time, I feel the relief in my body and back, it was hard for me, I couldn’t do all of the push ups but I will try doing and and coming to your video some times for a week

Needs a beep to indicate transition. Transition from left to right or end and start. This can save the need for the viewer to constantly monitor the video for the next transition.

Its a good workout. I would add some sound ques when time is coming up or when switching sides as some of the exercise are facing down and its not obvious when its time to switch without constantly checking on the time.
