Like so i can show my progress on my ab journey as a complete beginner. I will be doing the workouts morning and night.

☑️1️⃣ Day one. Day one was alright, i got all the workouts completed and felt good about myself, but the only problem was the workout where you had to do it until failure i could only do 5 repeatedly so i now know i have to work on that work out.

Planks are an isometric exercise. They don't build abs, they just strengthen them.

3 sets leg raises 20 - 30 reps
4 sets russian twists 15 reps each side
3 sets till failure knee to chest thingos
1 minute plank
