I really enjoyed your workout routines. As a beginner who wants to have a strong and healthy body, you help me a lot because I have slight scoliosis and weight liftings are prohibited. I started doing LEG EXERCISE, MORNING EXERCISE, CORE ROUTINE, MOBILITY EXERCISE last week and now this ABS WORKOUT. I will also do your CHEST EXERCISE. Looking for more videos.

Doing a push, pull and leg split with your beginner vids. Hitting them twice a week and always doing this ab workout after 2-3 rounds of the main workout. As a beginner I love the vids and the way you show easier variations
