I tried doing it for 5 days and, guys, yes, it worked !! I add this workout also 15/20 minutes of cardio just to burn a bit of calories. DO IT. the best abs workout ever

I just completed 10 days of this challenge today, and it definitely showed results. I don’t have a full on six pack, however day one was torture, and today, I did it with ease. So yes, you will get results if you do this every day for 10 days🎉

Almost done with doing this workout for 10 days and the results are amazinggg my stomach is a lot more defined now then how it was during day 1! And it will get easier after a few dayssss! Just finished day 7 btw - cannot wait for day 10! U GOT THIS♥♥♥

doing this for 10 days:
day 1: done
day 2: a little late but got it done!!
day 3: done and seeing a little progress
day 4: done and i added a new workout to do with this one
day 5: done
day 6: done - seeing results but nothing really noticeable

I have previously done this workout for ten days and saw results and afterwards I wanted to move onto another 10-14 day challenge and I’ve been doing many but this one is by far my favourite!! I’ve come back and I’m going to do this for an entire month this time 😁👍🏼

At first, I was like "oh, a 10 min ab workout. It's gonna be easy. I'm gonna do this for 10 days and see if I can lose a couple or more cm." but after trying it out once, I'm not sure I'm brave enough to do it again. 😂

Im freaking excited! Im gonna do this for 10 days.
Day 1: My core sucks!

Day 2: my abs burn and they're sore.

Day:3 i skipped the actual day because i was tired but did it today 3/31/24 i felt lazy but still did it. Maybe not the best but did it.

Day 4: I woke up this morning and saw a change. My stomach looks smaller.

Day 5: maybe I'm tired, i didnt really feel like doing it but i did. no other changes besides smaller stomach for now.

10 days is way less as the starting image shows...
But it does wonders....
I'm doing it for a month and experienced a considerable difference. Still long way to loose weight.

Day1- ✓ too difficult to do straight 10 min so i took breaks but completed.
Day2- ✓ again took 4 to 5 breaks in between but it's really working

D1: ✅ - Instead of doing the plank and leg circles, I replaced it with hip dips and plank.
