It's time to get Abs from home! Get ready for one of the best Home Ab Workouts of your LIFE! Let's do this! A full home ab workout that you can do whenever and wherever you like!! You don't need any equipment or weight.

This video is full length which means you can just follow along with whatever I'm doing. If you need extra rest, just pause the video. If you don't need a rest - watch it the whole way through.

Ok so I've been doing this workout for about 2 months now every single day. (He made almost the exact same workout video a year ago) I've been eating good but i did eat fast food/other good stuff lol basically not following a specific and well diet plan. And i have to say the results are awesome. My abs are definitely more noticeable, got a few comments on them from friends and family. My core is much stronger and on the first few days it was very very hard, i had to take at least 2, 3 breaks each workout. These days i can easily do these exercises and finish a whole workout with no problems. If anyone here actually wants to do this everyday, you will see results!!! Just do it every day dont miss out, dont skip the workouts. Only 10 minutes you can do it! Even when it hurts keep going and the results will come! Good luck everyone hope i helped (:

ima do this everyday and update ya’ll on the 4 week journey. like for support❤️




Week 1

day 1: completed the workout, was focused on form so i did the workouts at a slow pace, it got tougher when i had to do the plank ups tho.
day 2: tough workout i tell you, got through the workout but my shoulders were dead at the mountain climbers so i took a little brake, apart from that i did good. i focused on form because form is everything.
day 3: i sort of lacked the first few workouts so i repeated those workouts, no minute goes to waste, i couldve worked harder tho. there’s still more days.
day 4: hardest ive worked so far, got tougher at the plank ups but after a little rest i would always get back into it no resting, next day onways!
day 5: hard burn today, my shoulders always end up being very fatigued when i get to the mountain climbers, my palms also get very sweaty no rests.
day 6: currently going through a growth spurt and having knee pains. i couldnt do much on the mountain climbers but i tried my best, couldve done better.
day 7: finished the workout without stopping!! can see a little bit of a 4 pack. lower abs still need alot of work.

week 2

day 8: finished the workout, no stops.
day 9: finished the workout, complete, very sweaty today
day 10: finished the workout no rest, gets tougher on the shoulders tho.
day 11: finished the workout, got tough at mountain climbers due to my leg injury.
day 12: finished workout no rest, getting use to the burn
day 13: finished workout no rest, good burn
day 14: did 2 rounds of this since its a saturday, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, my abs are more lean now I can see a little 4pack, my obliques are showing aswell, lower abs still need work.

week 3
day 15: did 2 rounds again, 1 in morning and 1 in the afternoon because it’s a weekend and i have time to put in the extra work
day 16: today was one of those days where you couldve worked harder you feel me, my body is kinda sore from running and doing other activities, demotivated a bit. still completed the workout tho.
day 17: completed workout, good burn
day 18: completed, couldve worked harder.
day 19: completed workout no stops.
day 20: killed the workout today perfectly.
day 21: completed the workout, abs looking the same just more definition on the upper abs and obliques, lost a bit of fat on the lower abs, still needs work.

week 4

day 22: completed workout
day 23: completed workout
day 24: completed workout
day 25: completed workout, definitely could’ve worked harder tho.
day 26: completed workout.
day 27: compleyed workout.
day 28: completed whole of 4 weeks, i got definition on the upper abs.. my lower abs, obliques, and love handles just need more working on, i have a 4 pack when tensed..
i definitely recommend these workouts to anyone trying to get a clean shred on your abs.

will continue to workout my abs just more on my lower parts and the parts that need the most work, thankyou❤️💯

When this video was uploaded I decided that I would do this everyday for four weeks and see the results.

Generally I was always overweight, but this year with the quarantine I said that this is it, my chance, and I lost 21Kgrs in a few months. So I became something like skinny fat.

I started doing this videos exercises, only that I did more of each, around 1, 5 times the reps he does in each exercise, sometimes double the reps, sometimes just some more. I also did around 10 other exercises I knew from before or I had seen in other videos, adding some in the way. This resulted in 1 and a half hours of exercises in an almost daily basis. I took one rest day the first two weeks and two rest days these two last weeks.

I was very careful with my nutrition. I did the best I could. The first two weeks I was in a slight caloric deficit, and the last two week in a slight caloric surplus. So I remained in the same weight. It is fasting period for Christmas so I couldn't get the protein I wanted, but I really tried to get as much plant based protein as I could.

And I really saw results!! I saw my belly flattenning even more, I built more muscle (although I remained in the same weight the mirror says that my muscle to fat ratio is much better), and I started seeing some definition on my abs!!! I cannot say of course that I got abs (or stopped being skinny fat) in 4 weeks as the video title says, but I am one big step closer, I have never been this far!!

I am very excited!! I had never been nearly as close as now to this state!!! It's the best physical state that I have even been!! I will try to continue as much as I can, and go to the gym once it opens again and lift weights, cause I don't have any in home, and when shops re-open I will buy!!

Thank you Fraser for your videos and motivation!! For the first time in my life I started feeling good with myself!!! I feel healthier than ever before and in control of my body!! It also helped me a lot phycologically, cause this is not a good period for me personally, a pretty bad one actually... I am very thankful and now that I have gone this far I will not give up!!

To everyone reading this, if you are thinking of starting doing gymnastics but hesitate or procrastinate, do it!! Just begin and be patient and things will slowly come to where you want them to be! You will feel more healthy and confident with your body than ever before!! Improving yourself is always worth it!!

Hey, little motivation comment here for those who are struggling to stay on their workouts, Whenever I was 10 I weighed 208 lb now 5 years later I am down to 148 lb whatever I was unmotivated I look to those who doubted me and those who thought I could make it I live there negativity towards me be the fire that sets flame to my doubts, I believe in you, if your goal is 10 sit ups, do 20! Working out is 90% mental 10% If you don't think your gonna be able to do it you wont, so I want you to say this out loud " I am a beast, nothing is in my way and I will persevere!" You got this! Don't let your opportunity go to waste lads!

@Fraserwilsonfit I was dying for a simple, no nonsense video like this, Fraser. Fascinating! I was blown away by the simplicity. I will try it tomorrow. I have less than 4 weeks before my vacation in Grenada. Wife is sick of how I'm not taking care of my physique. Here goes nothin! See ya in 4 weeks!!!

I'm 15 yrs old and I'm very much satisfied of the results in just 2 weeks and 5.5 days!
I did it 2 times a day
Day 1 : it hurt like hell
Day 2 : pain became meagre
Day 3 : It became easy for me and became one of my daily routine
Day 4 : same as day 3
9th day first 2 abs came at the top
13th day 4 of them came
After 2 weeks I got perfect 6 abs

ok, im gonna do this 6 times a week, drink 5 glasses of water a day and on the 7 day of each week ill do legs and arms, its quarintine and i wanna go back to school looking better, Wish Me Luck!!

day 1 - Done! - rlly hard

day 1 (again!) this was also hard - the reason i stopped for like a week is because i was in the hospital and a week and then was at home recovering, keep liking this comment so i keep coming back!

day 2 - today was great, im getting more used to the exercises and im more motivated than ever, thanks for reminded me guys!

day 3 - today was good again, my abs were sore this morning but i can almost feel them getting bigger, and i am exited for visual results!

Honestly I did this for the first time when I was 12. Now I’m 15 and looking shredded (obviously not just by doing the things in this video, but this is all the ab workout I do) and this started me off on my journey thank you ❤

Okay I’ll give my honest opinions, not for praising Fraser but I’m honestly happy with the exercises he has provided here . Following it for 2 months I’ve seen a major improvement in my abs and obliques . Yes my mass has reduced (since I’ve no access to weights ) but this has given my abs a new definition (which I wasn’t getting much via ThenX (I love his workouts too)
So credits to these absolute beast who have created such content for us .
