I weighed in at 325 back in March 2015, and I feel that was my rock bottom. I have stopped drinking beer, and I started walking alot these past few months. I last weighed in at 269, and I finally got the courage to work on my abs. I plan on including the 4 available abs and obliques 10 min work out to increase my health goals.

i went for a run and did this video. So far in the past two months i've went from a 30" waist to a 28.5" my goal is 27"! Almost there thanks to these videos!!

Some of our workouts have the warm up & cool down included, others don't - the short ones like this one typically don't because people like to piece these shorter ones together to build their own custom routines. We have an entire playlist dedicated to warm ups, cool downs & stretches for the routines that don't have them included, go check it out!

i thought the pulse crunches would be easy so i went ham on them in the beginning and then i got to the bicycle crunches and I literally died. Definitely had to stop a couple times
