Over 50s ALL LEVELS Full Body STANDING ABS Hiit Cardio Workout NO REPEAT

Welcome to your 20 minute no repeat over 50s standing abs and hiit cardio workout. This standing abs workout has 20 different exercises alternating between an ab exercises and a cardio exercise. We will spend 40 seconds on each exercise followed by a 20 seconds rest with 1 round to complete.

This over 50s full body workout will also include a warm up and exercise demonstrations and a full body cool down stretches.

Another excellent workout. I like that your videos have a warmup at the start and stretching at the end. For this video, I like the addition of weights. If I want to make the workout a little harder, all I have to do is add heavier weights.
