Hello Lucy! I completed your 4 week challenge Feel Fabulous Summer workout not last week but the week before ( last week I started the 2 week challenge Feel Fabulous Summer workout. I am on the beginning of week 2 today ). And I got complements from family members saying " Wow! Your arms look great! " And it wasn't until last week on Saturday when I went shopping with my bestie that I found out that I have dropped a dress size! ☺️ I was a size 12 & now I am a size 10! I feel amazing & healthy & energised & so happy within myself. Thank you for your Workouts here on YouTube & your free workout challenges. I have to add that my yoga & qigong practices that I do, I feel more stronger in the poses & I do believe that is the help of your workouts I have been doing. So thank you. Just wanted to thank you Lucy for helping me to work out through my illness. I have fibromyalgia, a degenerative spine disorder and other issues. I've been dealing with terrible nerve pain and dizziness but doing your workouts along with some others like pilates, has helped me so much. Bless you.

havent done a 20 min workout of yours indoors except for your audio workouts 15 min one and 20 min jog and brisk walk. Absolutely loved this one
