This is nice and straightforward. My only comment would be that you sometimes do something different than the sample video, or switch motions which was confusing/distracting. Thanks

Less pain n more gains. Love it. Got to 35 n started struggling because of some exercises I couldn't manage anymore but yours gets the job done with the right pain n good gains. Checking in at the 3 month mark soon.

That was Great! You'll need your own warm up and cool down. But a great whole body 20 minute workout and i had to modify to make it low impact. Thank you.
