Just finished this workout. Wow that was tough for me. For some reason I did not feel good at the beginning of the workout so I took it slow, thinking I’d only be doing 5-10min before stopping but for some reason Maddy was really motivating and the workout went by really fast! So proud of myself for doing the whole workout 💪🏻

Breathing deep and sweaty! Thank you for the no impact mods and this wonderful standing work out. I work out in the dog park with my puppy early in the am so no equipment is key!!!

Hi! Love all your workouts. I'm almost 49, and I love that I can keep up with them. I would like to see more workouts with warm-up & cool down already in the vids. Makes it easier instead of switching vids each time. ❤
