OMG please making more videos like this please. It's definetly challenging, but not impossible. It's perfect for busy day when I don't have much time or energy to finish long workouts. Plus it's only 30 sec per sec which is a relief and refreshment for me, after doing 50 seconds ones for sometime

You are amazing. I am so much stronger and healthier after following you for a year post having my second child. I change some of the abdominal ones and not sure I’m quite strong enough to not damage but LOVE all the videos! Tabata and legs my fave!! You are so kind to post these for everyone to be able to join in. My 5yo does it with me and my husband sometimes too (his own version) but so sweet!

I love the all standing workouts on days I'm at the park or outside with my kids and don't have a mat. Thank you for making so many that I don't get bored. These are also short enough I can sneak them in without my kids complaining and intense enough I still get a good workout in.
