The best exercise. It's killer, honestly. I want to lose 10 to 15 pounds. I hope it helps. But when I do it, I really sweat. I wore my watch, and it showed that i lost almost 300 calories in just 25 min, and that's really good. I can't expect it. ❤❤ wish me luck to lose weight.

Oh my god can’t believe I did it!!!
I watched this Vedio yesterday and thought to do it but was doubtful if I can complete it….
After 15 mins my legs were shivering. But I did it!!!

Я со своими 90 кг чуть не померла, на 5 минуте думала что мне конец, на 10 почти отошла в мир иной, но всё равно доделала😂💪 пусть и немного с перерывами, но от этого не хуже надеюсь
