Standing Pilates for Stretch, Balance and Coordination | Full Body Workout

Join me for a 20 Minute full body standing pilates workout. This routine will strenghten the abdominals, the core muscles through balance challenges and give you some beautiful stretches. We will exercise the whole body and raise the heart rate-all with the calm, attention to detail we use in Pilates. This routine has upper body work to strengthen the back, shoulders and arms, as well as functional standing exercises to build leg, hip and glute strength, increase joint mobility and balance, and increase core strength and control. It also has some real balance challenges to test your muscle strength! Enjoy! and don't forget if you find it challenging then that means you need to do more of these exercises so feel free to come back again and again to improve your strength. Consistency is key to building strength.
