#gratitude Thanks for the detailed workout video ❤. I had lost 10kg weight in around 7 months 😮. No diet. Just followed this excercise daily with other 2 videos from your channel, warm up and cool down. Maintained time to time healthy food intake and good amount of water everyday. Such a simple workout but even doing the no-jumping version make me sweat buckets!! Really enjoyable and friendly for beginners like me. Thankful to have found this workout video❤

Beginning on 2nd June
Day 1-- Unable to do last 2 exercise felt quite breathless n tired because not a sports person but still looking forward to do it daily
Day 10-- Now I am able to do all the exercise Loving the process

I started today ( 10/10/22 )
My weight from today : 53kg
Goal 1 : 50kg (UPDATE DOWN BELOW)
Goal 2 : 47kg
Goal 3 : 45kg
Im hoping on losing 5kg after that maybe 10kg. I will keep updating every day if i wont forget. I already feel kind of better after this 10 minute workout.

Doing this for 15 days.
Day 1 : Feeling great, I feel energetic.
Day 2 : Same as D1.
Day 3 : Didint do the wk, I was busy with some work
Day 4 : Nothing really new, the same as D1.
Day 5 : I lost 1kg !! ( I'm at 49kg rn )
Day 6 : Same as D5
Day 7 : Same as D5
Day 8 : Didint do the wk.
Day 9 : Same as D5
Day 10 : I lost 1kg again! ( I'm at 48kg rn )
day 11 : Same ad D10
Day 12 : Same as D10
Day 13 : Same as D10
Day 14 : Same as D10
Day 15 : I lost 1kg ! ( I'm at 47kg ) !

( Please note that I only ate 1 meal a dayor 2 small meals, This workout helped alot but I also went to the gym and did some other work outs too. )

thanks for the video! I been searching for a video that requires no jumping but can lose weight because I got into an accident on my ankle that resulted it to be unstable and I can't do normal exercise for now

Day 1!!!
B4 this workout i did a 30 mins of dancing wannabe and random so im pretty tired, but i love it.Cant do it fully but with time i will

Simple workout but you will sweat one body! I diet 100days fron 49kg to 41kg, then almost 3weeks do this exercise now maintain 39kg.

Must follow with balance diet too cut sugar eat more fruits and vege

I will be doing this for a week 💪 the first day: My heart was beating so fast, and I’m sweating so much. Hopefully in a week, my body will get used to it so I can do more exercises

Hoping to do this for a month and I'll update after I finish the month.

Day one: was having a bad day, legs didn't want to work right and my balance was bad. Couldn't do any of the jumping... Had to stop at 8:09 😞

Day 30: (skipped a few days to rest, but made them up later on) I lost 15 lbs 😭🙏🏻 at first the workout seemed to kill me, but by day seven I was able to do it with minimal breaks, and my breathing was a million times more stable!! I really hope anyone who's wanting to try this, does!
I do have to admit that I was doing another workout daily alongside this one, so do with that what you will 💖

Extra Context: I've got MS which makes it hard for me to work out for long periods of time or at all some days. I was active before diagnosis, but afterwards, when symptoms started, I slowed down (which is natural I've learned), and gained quite a bit of weight due to stress, depression and inactivity.

I'm 185 lbs (83kg), 5'6" (168 cm) and 20. I want to get back down to maybe 150/130 ideally but that's the end goal. I'm not rushing it. Wish me luck! 🥰

I'm unbelievably out of shape. Tried this workout only got to the squats today (1st day) the non jumping version. My goal is to complete the entire exercise in 1 week. Hopefully 🤞.
Wish i could loose 6 kgs in a month following this workout, 1 hour walk in the morning and an healthier diet.
