burned 111 active calories during only 6 mins of this workout! I was so surprised because every time I do around 5 mins of workout, I can only seem to burn around 20! I’m gonna do the rest of the workout and update my amount of calories after🫶

im gonna do this everyday for 1 month to see the results i am also trying to be in a calorie deficient and eat healthy plus another workout.but sometimes cheat

DAY ONE= This was pretty easy and made me sweat it was amazing ima do it tmmrw 2 times.
DAY TWO=i was really busy i dident do it.
DAY THREE=DIid it its easy.

For the ones saying that they didn’t burn 200 cal, this is a hit workout so that means you still burn calories after you have finished this routine 👍

Completed it imperfectly because i haven't worked out in so long due to my sickness but i felt the burn! I'm sweating and i feel better. I'll try to do it everyday and hopefully i'll be able to finish it perfectly one day

i did this and burned 79 calories. i’m a 14 year old female, my height is about 170cm and i weigh about 50kg (110 pounds i think). for a 10 minute workout i think that was pretty good overall for my body but this is a pretty good example that even if a workout says you will burn a certain amount of calories your body will most likely burn a different amount based on your age, gender, height and weight.

I’ve came back to this video 4 or 5 times now, super great work out!! Very quick and makes me break a sweat. First 3 times i was struggling but it got easier as time passed!! ❤️
