I started adding this routine when I get home from work while dinner is cooking… ( after 8000 steps through out the day which includes 25min walk with dog in the morning ) is am 57, put 20kgs on in 2 years post radical hysterectomy for uterine cancer and then I fell and damaged my knee 6 months ago. To make along story short, I am back on a get healthy and loose weight plan…and your extra routine has started to impact the weighing scales daily by .20 to .30 kgs… at least it is helping…I also do the 30 min walks as well if I miss out on morning walk … I often laugh and think..I’d be jumping around too like you if I did not have an extra 29 kgs. I try my best.. and look forward to your happy face to give me hope I can loose these kgs and get back to my weight I was in my 20, 30 and 40s. I am being positive and know it is going to take many many months.. but slowly but surely the extra HiITs work out (s) even if just 10 mins makes or breaks those daily weight ins. So glad I found your channel… it’s inspiring …not too hard….perfect for a beginner like me who is far away from a gym and had an idea to google work outs for over 50s. … more 10 min ..HIITS would be great… thanks

I’m defiantly am tired! But I love following your work outs! I’m 60 year old grandma who Aja’s been through two heart attacks and through a swallowing problem which started at 133 lbs went down to 100 in 3-4 weeks! Had a feeding tube; I lost all my muscle mass! These are helping me to get it all back thank you!

Love to see those quick workouts pop up on your channel! I find that when I do the stretches and some cardio in the morning before work, I do tend to be a bit more active during the day. Sometimes it is just challenging to get it all done before heading out the door before the sun is up. Thanks for these little workouts that make it easier to fit into a busy morning!

Thank you so much for this beginner HIIT workout! I've been wanting to try high-intensity interval training but was intimidated by more advanced routines. This was the perfect place to start and I feel proud of myself for completing it! I loved how varied the exercises were and how quickly the time flew by. Can't wait to see the results from doing this regularly!

Thanks! Great video, like the music, like the background setup, really liked the new format of the large picture showing what’s next. My wife and I try to workout with a mixture of your videos totalling 40 to 60 minutes five times a week. Usually start with a warm up, then a 30 minute walking workout or sometimes on alternate days try different 10 min videos like arms and abs followed by stretching with Lulu. This one will be fitted into the workout as well. Cheers Vancouver Island Canada where the crocuses are blooming and flowers are budding. Can hardly wait to go outside to workout.

This perfect for doing in the morning to get myself motivated for the day. I was definitely out of breath for a few minutes but felt like a 10. Can't wait for tomorrow morning. On another note, can you do another video about applying bronzer and blush appropriately and what tightlining is. Thank you and lots of love from Michigan, USA😊

Great! I am just coming back after hip surgery in July. This was only my second work-out aside from PT and it was GREAT! I am panting but I am alive and well!

Finished the 10 minute arm workout and couldn't resist the Fat Burning Hiit! Didn't make it through it but loved it. Reminded me of my dance classes that no longer exist since that darn plandemic! Since it's 8:45 pm and a long day I think I deserve to rest. But I love it and will continue. 10 minute bites are a great way to get back into exercising. When I was younger, weight lifting after work kept me in great shape. Time to get back! I will be 71 in a month and back in shape. Thanks for your great workouts!!!!
