I did this workout 3 days ago. My glutes & butt were in fire; I couldn't sit or walk without any pain! I think the squats killed me cause I didn't workout for a month but I did the 7 minutes to lose belly fat workout during a week before try this one.
Now I'm back to show my muscles who's the boss even if the pain is still there.
