There are FEW things to remember:
✅ If you arent is able to do any of the moves, don't sweat it! Just march on the spot. The goal is to keep moving and keep your heart rate up for 10 minutes straight. We are here together to generate positive energy for your day!
✅ All of the exercises in this workout are compound moves - meaning they exercise multiple muscle groups at the same time - it's what I call a "best bang for your buck workout!
✅ If you want to put your own tunes on in the background or mute this video for a silent (baby-friendly) routine, do so!

The point of this 10-minute workout to lose weight is simply to get moving consistently, establish a routine, and build confidence. If you want to increase your enjoyment and boost the health benefits, add at least five minutes of easy stretch exercises at the end of your session.

I just finished my 1st one of these! I did horrible, but I’m tired of being overweight and I want to live a long life! I know this isn’t going to be easy but I’m happy to have a first step to follow and something new to try to fit into every day! Thank you :)

I love this workout. I have been find it hard to do longer workouts with a heavy workload (even though I am home-based). Short workouts like this allow me to "sneak" workout time in! Thanks!

Two months ago I could barely do the step out burpee’s today I did the push ups 🥹 I have eds and injured my hip flexed muscle really bad. I accept I am no longer able to do “normal” workouts of high impact. Your channel has helped me so much.. accept my limits with grace, heal, workout and go beyond my old limits in ways I am able to 😊

I agree 💯. She nailed it! You don’t need to do long workouts. Or go to the gym .it’s consistency! Good message! Resistance training will help a lot. Total movement and lifestyle! 👍

Second day today, was able to do much more of the moves, and where yesterday I kinda felt a bit overwhelmed/unsure of being able to keep this up over the weeks, today I feel GREAT cause I came back and did it again!!! Thank you Caroline 😄❤
