I also do another thighs workout for 15 minutes. I am mostly vegetarian (occasionally eat shrimp) eat around 1000kcal per day.

Heyy update, it’s 01/03/2023 I did it again, I rarely do this anymore, but I’ve been doing calorie deficit now I’m 53kg

I liked the workout but would prefer more relaxing music to go with it. I just feel that the music doesn’t match the flow.

It’s really good, felt so good, I have shoulder pain n it really worked to relax the shoulder muscles but music is loud

Bài này thật sự có hiệu quả nha mn. Mỗi ngày tập 1 lần (mình tập buổi tối), thì sáng hôm sau thấy bụng xẹp thấy rõ luôn. Động tác khá dễ, tập dần sẽ quen và sẽ không còn khó như lúc đầu. Mình tập mỗi ngày một lần duy nhất, lâu lâu lười thì tập 3 động tác đầu thôi. Nhưng có giảm mỡ, tập khoảng 1 tuần thì mình giảm được gần 1kg rồi. Và sau khi tập nhiều lần thì cơ thể sẽ không còn tích tụ mỡ quá nhiều nữa mình kết hợp thoa tan mỡ trước lúc ngủ lên phây búc tìm sumitn mình mua đó xài nhờ đó có eo mặc đồ bao đẹp.❤
