I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for having taken the time to send messages to my wife (Valeria) saying her that you were worried about her health cause of her body too skinny!! She was so gorgeous!! But hard times life, covid and so many stuff that she suffers from anorexia and see herself still “fat”/“large” cause she doesn’t have usual curves at the hips…cause of her back totally destroyed by classical dance to young… anyway I really hope you’re kindness and interest for her will make the necessary changes for her to heal ! Hello Lucy, I almost gave up yesterday, not wanting to do anything at all because my body is always hurting and feeling fatiqued and gaining weight these days no matter what I do or eat. I am 53 and have whiplash, fibromyalgia and menopausal. In the past I was very energetic, and full of life. But seated exercises I can do😊. Thank you for making these videos, it gives me hope that I can maybe get in a better shape than I am now. 😊 Greetings from the Netherlands

Thank you so much Lucy for devising and uploading this type of workout, where it can be done seated if necessary, requires no equipment and is perfect for a beginner. It is so useful for your more senior viewers. Not all of us are 30 year old gym bunnies, which is something that most of the other online trainers seem to totally overlook.

Thank you so much for this video! I have chronic vestibular migraine and I’ve been having a hard time to find exercise videos that are manageable for my balance issues. The chair option is so nice to hopefully get back into a more active life!

Thank you so much for adding the seated option!! I dropped a couple dress sizes in 2021 thanks to you, then survived a hemorragic brain stem stroke 2/2022, . and now I was getting tired of chair exercise videos and wanted something more - I'm told cardio also sparks brain growth :) - and so excited to tell my daughter I'm doing Lucy again!

Love this video! Low impact workouts are so great for me because my stamina is low and I'm working on building it up. This is one of the first workout videos I have found that's challenging but doesn't feel impossible. I worked up a great sweat and feel ready for day 2
