This walk was fabulous. I'm 270lbs and can do this with ease. It's fuss free, I worked out in socks on my carpet. I can see me incorporating this workout into my busy teaching schedule. Thank you so much. I've been looking for something like this for a long time. ❤

Thank you for making this video. This video is so so so helpful for me. I have back pain since last 2 years and for that I couldn't give much pressure on my back for pain. As a result I had gained already 12kgs ... I think this video will surely help me now to reduce some weight.... Hoping for the best now I also did all the exercises that u did in this video.... But today is the 1st day so did only 1 set each.... I think increasing sets will surely gonna help me to reduce belly fat....
