I have been doing your workouts for a month or more now. I wish i would have took a picture, but this really works. My boyfriend finally noticed and he doesn't notice much beyond whatever he is working on. Thank you so much! Who doesn't have 10 minutes a day to devote to a healthier, more confident, sexier body.? Results are quick in coming when you learn a few moves from Lucy and do them anywhere when you can when you get a few minutes.

About three weeks ago I ran across Lucy's Lose Belly Fat recorded 5 years ago. I modified it somewhat because I'm 73 and getting on the floor and the HITT one was a little much. I've done the exercises daily and what a difference ten minutes makes. So today her latest one popped up and I did it to day. I did it today and I'm off the chart excited here in Western North Carolina, USA!

This came at exactly right time as I have booked a holiday in a month. I just did day 2 and I can feel a bit of soreness from yesterday and it is just 10 minute workout! I tried GrowWithJo for a month and saw no results in dropping measurements and minimal weight loss. Definetly coming back to Lucy's workouts as they have worked for me previously and no doubt they will again. These workouts are clear indication that losing weight or excercising doesn't need to be hard, long or expensive.
