GUESS WHOS BACKKK!!!

I’m back doing exercises since I’m much more motivated than last time! I have 20 workouts in a playlist and I’m going to use a wheel to spin for which 3 workouts to do for the day. Once I have no more workouts, I can take a break for 2-4 days, depending on how sore or motivated I am!

I got this video on the spinner so I won’t be doing it for a while afterwards, but I will still update you guys on how well I’ve been doing every day even if it’s not about this exercise! I might even do this exercise more than I normally do if I’m in a happy mood 😙.

I’ll be giving a playlist to all of the workouts I’m doing rn so this is accurate! Ty so much for your patience (since it’s been 2 WHOLE MONTHS 🥹) and likes 😘



Day 1: Ahhh doing this workout was so hard since I haven’t done it for a month or so 🥲 I’ve finished it anyways but my lower half is so sore 🥹. I’ve done my warmup and 1 workout so onto the next 🤓!

Ok so I did this workout 2 times today and another once so overall I did 3 workouts! My stomach is becoming flatter but it’s not as noticeable.

Day 2: Done !! A bit harder since I was very sore but still done!

Day 3, 4, 5 AND 6-: I WAS SO UNBOTHERED AND FOCUSING SO MUH ON MY TEST THST I DIDNT EVEN DO WORKOUTS 💀💀. on day 6 I went to a fitness club so ig I did something 😭

Day 7: Damn it's already been a week and I've only done the workouts like 4 times- Finished!!

Day 8 & 9: Didn't do this workout but did the hourglass abs workout for daisy keesh! So sweaty so I gtg bath!

I’d call myself skinny fat. I’m currently 52kg and my goal is to be 47kg. I’ve been trying to lose weight ever since 2 years ago but I have never committed to working out regularly and always end up slacking. I’m also in a sports cca but my stamina is horrible and I hope to improve it .Ill try my best to eat less and try to be more active too despite it being exam period.I’ll be updating my progress here 💗💗 start:52kg
day 1: ✅ (1x hiit and abs)
day2: lower abs, hiit and abit of arms and legs
day 3: had 3 hours of sports and did some stretches and ab workout

I've lost 4 pounds doing this workout! This workout rlly helps out I used to weight 127, know I weight 123! Still working though to reach my goal, I count on everyone who is trying this workout out! <3

doing this for atleast 1 month
weight: 61kg 134 pounds
height: 166cm 5’4
waist: 74cm 29 inches
thighs: 58cm 22 inches

day 1 ✅ did it! running in place, alternating superman’s and plank + hip lifts was kinda hard but did well!

day 2 ✅ did it twice today! running in place and plank + hip lifts are easier but still a struggle, i see a little bit of difference on my lower stomach!

day 3 ✅ did it FIVE times today! i’m actually so proud of myself, still struggling with plank + hip lifts and alternating superman’s but they’re a bit easier, i’m seeing more difference on my stomach today from yesterdays workout so i’m proud!


i may be doing this workout again, burns a lot of calories and stuff and it really is effective, just keep in mind, i usually do this 2+ times a day with other workouts + i’m on a veryyyy strict diet so it’s a little more effective for me! but i may be doing this workout idk yet

I'll be doing this for 2-3 weeks
Doing this workout plus the warming up video from daisy keech twice a day plus drinking a gallon of water every day
Weight before working: 57.5
Height: 5'1 158 cm

Day 1: was the hardest almost gave up
Day one water: didn't do it

Day 2: better than day one but had many problems with walking cause the workout made my muscles get ready
Day 2 the water: The gallon of water: was hard but I was determined drank 2 liters in the morning and after noon and drank the other two at night


Day 3: got used to the workout and the pain started to go and could notice a few changes
Day 3 water: easier than the other day


Day 4: felt really easy to do as I got used to the exercises
Day 4 water almost done with the first 2 liters


Day 5: easy peasy felt like it went by faster and from ow easy it was thought I was doing them wrong big difference between how hard and how it felt on day 1 and now it's really easy final weight will be after two days to see how much I've lost in a week
Day 5 water: got used to it by now I am drinking the last few bits and I'll be done with the 4 liters of the day


Day 6: really easy did it with a partner which made me more motivated 1 more day till I see how many KGS I have lost
Day 6 water: finished all 4 liters really quick


Day 7: so I got used to it by now as I said before big difference between how hard it was on day 1 and now plus I'm doing it twice a day cause I have exams but starting from next week I'll do it 3 or 4 times a day I decided to see how many kilograms I've lost on day 8 which is tomorrow as it will also be 1 week for drinking a gallon of water everyday
Day 7 water: finished it faster than usual and yeah that's all for today


Day 8: the workout went by really fast
Day 8 water: yh just easy
It's 2:02 am so I can't check my weight now but I'll update everyone tomorrow

Day 1 ✅ I struggled but I did good!
Day 2 ✅ I struggled even more than yesterday bc I had training right before it and my body really wanted to give up

hi everyone! im gonna do this (1 rep everyday) for at least 2 weeks. I might do more than one when i feel like it, my main goal is to loose weight. im trying to eat well and that, so hopefully i loose some weight by the end of this.

start weight: 64 kg (5'5)
goal weight: 60kg

Day 1: ✅ did one rep, it was a bit of a struggle but it was all good.

Day 1: ✅️ ate salad and drank 2 cups of water 30 mins before kept my water by me ofc and I took breaks since it was rough and i wanted to make sure I did them properly and not no effort and super tired!
Day 2:✅️ ate some stir fry thing controlled calories sore in the thighs from yesterday took longer breaks here and there from soreness but overall good!! I feel amazing!
Day 3:✅️ haven't had dinner yet but ate a light snack alot more tired today from the past 2 days but hoping to do this for a year 🥰

Ive been doing the hourglass abs workout for about 3× times in 4 days havent seen muchh results as people were saying but ill keep doing it obvi, just now im gonna do it together with this workout too! this is my first time doing this workout and ill make sure to update everyone Everyday if i dont please remind me <3

Day 1 • = ive completed the workout wasn't too hard i did sweat tho only did it once before going to bed :).
Day2 • = Just finished it!! i did sweat again but it wasnt again too hard tonight i cant do it more than once i did this workout and the hourglass one, but maybe tomorrow ill do it twice or more but only cuz i was super tired tonight.
Day 3 • = Today i felt the burn way more than the other times and as usual i did sweat alot 😢 but in the end i hope its worth doing 10 minutes of this and 10 minutes of the hourglass abs workout ill try do this for as long as i can please motivate me !! <3
Day 4 • = Just finished im extremely tired today but i knew i still had to do it.😭😭 i wasnt planning on doing it but my enemy has a way better body than me so i had to do it ykwm?? 😂.

Day 5 • = as usual but i did get it done!!
Day 6 • = not seeing too much results which is giving me false hope but ill keep doing it i hope ill notice some differences atleast by 2 weeks or so tmr will be my 1st week 🎉.
Day 7 • = technically this is supposed to be the 9th day but LISTEN everyone need atleast a 2 day break ok. I was at my uncles house for 2 days and we went out walked so much till literally 12pm so pls, i wad too tired BUT i came back and i finished this and the hourglass one as usual see u tmr ❤
Day 8 • = Done !! i think ill keep doing this for 2 weeks, ill check if ive lost weight . But if i haven't i say after 2 weeks ill prob change my workout since this wasn't helping w my weight-loss.
Day 9 • = took a 2 day brake but i did it twice today in the morning together with the hourglass one!!
Day 10 • = i did the hourglass one fully but this one i only did half of it, i feel guilty but after tmrr i promise ill do both workouts twice to punish myself 😢
Day 11 • = Done, ive been doing them i just keep forgetting to eidt back this comment cuz ive been so tired lately after i do it. Im honestly not seeing results at all but it makes sense cuz its only been still a few days /weeks however i did another workout with this one and the hourglass abs workout, im also gonna look for moee slimmer arms workout cuz literally i have such big arms but anyways 🎉
