I am not a beginner, but I find slow gentle hatha yoga to be more beneficial to my body rather than fast vinyasa flows etc. With gentle yoga you are more in tune with your body and deep stretching. Thanks so much for this video!

I suffer from vertigo and stopped yoga since I fell and hurt myself due to dizziness. After 5 years I have decided to try again and came across this class. I managed the whole session without vertigo getting in my way. Thank you for getting me back into loving yoga. Namaste 🙏🏽

This gentle full body stretch was exactly what I needed today. Calming, grounding, slow-paced practices like this one really help me focus my mind and relax which is really important now that Mercury is retrograde.

I need to say something. I've been searching for a video like this FOR YEARS. Very slow start into yoga, with movements from standing to laying down, at your own pace. I absolutely love you and I can say I feel into yoga again! THANK YOU <3

Thanks to your channel I've been motivated to try to do yoga regularly. I struggle with keeping up healthy routines and it's been a journey of ups and downs, but for some reason your videos feel easy to return to even when I'm feeling like I've neglected my practice.
