The last part which is just lying down and feeling every part of your body feels like lying in a meadow feeling the breeze of the fresh air as you gaze your eyes into the blue sky. 😌🌄

Being a person with 120kg, I have started my diet and workout from this week. Doing this yoga in the morning helped me a lot to get comfortable with my body and I can do this without any difficulties. Yet, felt a lot of stretches in my body. Thank you so much for this beginner friendly yoga.

I tried this just now and I love it so much ;_; As someone who's suffering with depression and anxiety this really helped me to release everything and it felt so good ;_; I'm doing this everyday from now on. Thank you for making this. :')

I’m a middle aged disabled vet. I was born 45 years ago but after so many injuries and surgeries, parts of my body are clocking in around 80 years old but my hips have the flexibility of a 17 year old, my knees are about 60, my neck is 92, etc etc so it’s been impossible to find something that’s effective for all areas without putting me in the bed for 3 days to recover. This is what I have been searching for and I can’t explain how grateful I am for this video.

I am 65 and completely out of shape. This is the first yoga class I’ve been able to do all the way through. I can’t tell you how thankful I am to you. I think I can continue this.

i'm currently on my period so it was absolutely amazing to be able to do this very gentle, very little movements and very calming yoga session. thank you so so much for this. And it went by so fast it felt way shorter than 30 minutes, i really was able to really let go and be mindful because you guided the class so perfectly !! lots of love from france

now this i feel like was genuinely beginner-friendly, the poses weren't going fast and weren't over complicated. I did some times very much cuss for the strecth but when it was time to let go i felt extremely good. thank you for this video <3

I'm at a huge turning point in my life, and this is my peace. I keep rejecting yoga but when I sit down and actually do it, I'm startled by it's effectiveness each and every time.

It's like becoming aware of something bigger then myself.
