Welcome to your beginner yoga flow. This 30 minute class includes an easy to follow routine for the whole body. Todays class is guided at a slow and steady pase to give you plenty of time to find your alignment and experience each pose.

This practice offers a great way to start building strength and flexibility with yoga. If you are new to yoga I really recommend this class as a starting point to familiarise yourself with the postures and the flow of breath and movement.

At first I was reluctant to follow a beginner session (please call me stupid...). But for once from the beginning to the end I was 100% focused on my breath. Deep and calm breath in and breath out. What an amazing experience. Thank you so much ❤️

Thoroughly enjoyed this beginner practice Charlie, especially after all those intermediate & advanced practices…it was good to go back to the basics & strengthening the fundamentals. You should probably dedicate a session or two every month to laying the correct foundations for some of the beginner poses like Down-dog, Cobra, etc. 👩🏻🍑💋💚🍀🥰🧘🏻‍♂️🙏🏻

I am a beginner and I found the class challenging but easy to follow. I like how Charlie explains it ( for a beginner like me, sorry!). I felt great and I definitely going to follow Charlie more. Great experience and great teacher. I want to do more! Thank you so much Charlie x

Great session! As someone who has been practicing for a long time but is stuck at the beginner level due to muscle problems/disability, this is a great practice that’s easy enough to throw myself into, but challenging enough that I can work on technique and build some skills. Thanks for posting good, accessible content!
