I'm 23...I never really thought I was out of shape or my body was aging beyond my years, but good GOD I'm more out of shape than I thought. This was harder and more painful than any workout I could do at the gym. I have such terrible tightness in my hamstrings and groin-pelvic muscles, I couldn't even go half as far as you did in the video. Looks like I'll need to keep this up for a while, lol.

Suffering with chronic low back pain, this gentle practice was very helpful! The lizard pose was especially therapeutic. Lower half of my body is sooo tight, this really helped. Thank you Tana❣️

Hi Tana, thank you so much for this! I’m 63 and suffer from chronic lower back tension and pain due to some degeneration of the discs in my lower back. Did yoga in college so when I started looking for something to help my reduce the pain and tension; came across your video here. I do this daily every morning before I start my day and it helps immensely! Namaste and thank you! 🙏

This is very similar to the stretches my physical therapist gave me. Now that my visits are done for the year, this will be a nice guide to follow along to at home. Even though I pretty much know everything already, I prefer structure. Thanks! You have a very soothing presence.

Oh my gosh! I found this video 2 weeks ago. I have severe lower back pain to the point where I can’t move. I started this when I found it, and it helps SO much. I found a couple other videos that do not help like this video does. I keep coming back to it. I missed it a couple days, and my back started hurting again. Thank you so much for posting this! ❤

This specific routine has been a life saver for me. I have a fully ruptured disc in my lower back. These stretches help loosen things up a lot when my muscles seize up on me.
