Body builder of 8 years here... Been neglecting stretches and balance exercises for the entirety of those 8 years. Decided to give this a try. WOW! This was one of the most difficult 15 minutes, mentally. It's crazy how great I felt afterwards too! Thank you for getting me started on my new journey!

I'm 83 years old and haven't done Yoga for about 20 years, I am so inactive that it's affecting my health. I just started the first video today. It felt awesome. And I was able to do all the poses, surprisingly! Starting slowly. Yay, I am excited! Thank you.😅

All yoga videos should have tags like '15 mins', 'gentle' and 'beginners'. They make it possible for me to start and once on the mat, I tend to stick around:-) Thank you, Jessica, for guiding me painlessly through a total body yoga on the day when I would prefer to wallow on the couch.

Finaly gave this a go, I could only do pieces, looking forward to seeing my improvements as I continue to add this to my life so I can move onto then next lesson, I also saved 15 min full body stretch for sore muscles & tension - Love You 💝

This is perfect! Perfect length, has cat cow, not too many forward folds, a couple warrior poses, could be either for morning or middle of day. Thanks!
