저는 약 6개월 정도걸쳐서 20kg정도 살 뻇네요. 초반에는 식이조절이 너무 힘들어서 해인감비환 3개월 정도 먹으면서 식이조절 했구요. 약 먹으면서 살이 조금 빠지니깐 이후부터는 샐러드 위주로 챙겨먹으면서 운동 꾸준히 했어요. 혹시 시작이 힘드신 분들은 해인감비환이나 닥태래시오같은 식이조절 약먹으면서 초반에 동기부여 받아보시는 것도 추천드립니다!! 모든 다이어트인들 파이팅입니다!!^^

Thank you! It was great!! It is my first day, when I doing exercise with YouTube!!! But there were any other experiences, but it wasn't in morning and wasn't periodical!!! So, I think, that I can do it every morning, besides the day when I am working, but who knows, maybe I will do it that days too!!! Thank you for movings, continue that way and you will be the Greatest Exercise-doer coacher forever!!!

Gracias a este vídeo te encontré desesperada por el dolor en un codo no podia hacer rutinas con pesas por el dolor pero está rutina está perfecta para mis brazos gracias chicas los hago tres veces ala semana.
