There are a lot of benefits to starting your day with an exercise. Not only does it make you a happier, more emotionally stable person, it also reduces your stress, increase your body’s fat burning capabilities, lower your blood pressure, and reduce the risk for diabetes!

So if you want to start your morning right, here’s one great workout session for you! This will help you lose a significant amount of weight by exercising on a daily basis for about 3-4x a week. This is half an hour of exercise that will surely change the course of your life!

This is totally working, I was thinking that will it work or not but when I started it, i saw changes in my body and really loose weight even my double chin was removed after working for 5 days is worth it thank you Roberta


I did no diet just exercise and walking.... nothing else


I used to eat in morning and only evening and night

In afternoon I eat cucumber or lemon juice...and that's it.... sometimes I eat junk food too but it doesn't affect my body due to exercise ❤

Ok guys listen, this excercises r freaking helpful.... I've burnt some of my belly fats within 2 days... I'm not lying... I'm not fat...I have some belly fats nd I can't believe that I've lost some of them... beginners... it's perfect...I also do some of excercises with this too so yaa..
If u keep continue doing this I can bet that u will see the results..
Here are some tips to reduce ur fat fast...
1. Drink lots of water...means a lot...
2. Don't sleep for overtime...
3. After doing this excercise...drink warm water with the combination of lemon nd honey...
4. If you're doing this excercise from a long time nd u r not getting ur results so it's ur for ur daily habits... only excercises won't help u...stop eating unhealthy foods.. take care of ur daily routine..
5. If you're too much fat so u can keep any diet chart...but if u r not fat nd u have simple belly fats so don't need to diet..so instead of working it'll harm ur health...I also don't diet...but yes don't eat unhealthy foods...
That's it...
It'll take different time to show the results according to everyone's different body figure...I got in 2 days.. maybe u can get in 2 weeks..but pls don't give up...keep Patience.. believe in urself ❤️ I'm not that type of girl who will give reviews..but I gave this means it's special...keep patience nd go ahead ❤️

OMG... I did this exercise yesterday and it was good .. But now, when I wake up my whole body is aching 😀.. But that's a good sign it means this is effective for me.. No pain no gain🥰.. Thank you🤗
