My daughter has been crying a lot this year . I always ask her what’s wrong but her reply is always I’m fat and I eat too much . I give this video to her to see if she wants to do it . She has been doing this every day now and she has stopped with the “ I am fat “ and “ I eat too much.” Thank you Roberta, you are a total lifesaver

i've been doing half of this video (15 mins) for around a week and even though i'm extremely sore, i'm already starting to see very little results, and i'm happy. i'm not changing my diet up a bunch, either, just eating less during the day and more fruit and healthier options. i'm happy that i'm finally feeling dedicated to working out consistently, and i can't wait to see how i look in a few months

It’s been 6 days I am doing this exercise and I have lost 3 kg🥹🥹 it’s a wonderful workout for beginners like me and whoever say that we can’t loose weight in home this is my answer💪🏻

Today was my first day.
It surely felt like one of the longest 30 minutes of my life lol. I weigh 62.5 kgs and wish to lose some to gain confidence in myself. I'll treat this as my journal and keep updating my progress everyday. ALL THE BEST!!

This is day 1 of me trying this exercise, I want to do it every day for as long as I can. I’m trying to not drink too many sodas and I’m trying to drink a lot of water and less carbs. Thank you for posting this!

I started this workout on 31st May. This workout looks easy but it’s not easy for me. After doing it I feel energized. I’m not sticking to any particular timing, I’m trying to do it whenever I feel like doing it. Will love to hear from people here who are on this journey with me.
