I started out at 107kg and now down to 97. 10kg for just a month. I changed my diet and followed this video and the other 17 minute video of roberta everyday. Never missed one day. And lost 10kg. I'm not sure if that's a lot or not, but i'm proud of myself for being consistent. Thank you for your videos 💝💝💝

Great work out thanks for the simple tips it has helped me lose some a lot of unwanted extra pounds ... simple enough for everyone to follow and i added just a 10 min meditation strech at end or 5 begin and 5 end streching. :) i have now got 3 others doing the workout too its awesome

This is the best 👌 morning workout under 20mins. So long now I haven't gotten the time for workouts as I usually leave the house by 7am and got home around 8pm exhausted 😴 and with 4kids to cater for.
I added my 8kg hand weight to boost it up.
