For the whole of the ab series, my cat was lying on her back right across my mat, just beyond my butt. It was disconcerting seeing her staring at me but it meant I couldn't cheat and rest my legs down at any point! When it finished and Cassey said, 'Give yourselves a round of applause', she miaowed!

I'm so happy with myself right now!!!
I was able to try my best, push through the whole workout and only take one break!
Last time I tried to do this workout I took so many breaks and missed a few moves. So progress~~~

This was the very first popliates workout I ever did. I remember really struggling to get through it, now I conquered it like a beast. And her shorts and fingernails are definitely purple. Sorry Cassey.

I miss doing your workouts, Cassey! I went with my friends and enrolled myself on a gym for 1 month but I don't feel satisfied with their program. I feel like I'm always looking for your workouts cause they are super fun and they keep me motivated. As soon as I finish this one month program on a gym, I'm gonna, no doubt, get right back to ya! i just don't want my money that I spent on the gym go to waste haha
