Time for a Total Body Pilates Workout! This HIIT fusion workout includes a series of Pilates inspired exercises that are great for toning and creating lean muscle, improving mobility and flexibility and will even get that heart rate up and have you breaking a sweat! This low impact, no jumping workout requires no equipment and there are no repeats so we will keep that body guessing. Follow along!

I’m 15 yrs old, this is the first day EVER I do pilates (or a full body exercise in general)!
I completed about 20 minutes and I didn’t make it to 30 bcs I got really tired, but hopefully tomorrow I’ll do better 💪

Usually I prefer the HIIT or strength workouts but from time to time I absolutely love Heather's pilates, barre or yoga trainings!

With all of the weight training I do, it amazes me how challenging this is for me. I used to think Pilates was a joke, clearly not! Just did this first thing in the morning - so glad I did. What a way to wake up the body and get in a good sweat. Love the no-repeats as well, with a warm up and cool down.

This was awesome! I ran 23 miles yesterday, and did this as an active recovery today! Not only was it a good core workout but the perfect amount of stretching!

Hi,

I'd just like to say that I do some sort bodyweight and cardio combo workout most days before work and that I was looking to mix it up a little bit. I really like Heather's other workouts (particularly her core stuff) and tried this for the first time this morning.

I'm in good shape and can get through most workouts I find on YouTube without breaks, but this really, really kicked my butt.

It's an exceptional challenge if you are in good shape already or looking to mix up your regular workout routine.

Just completed my first ever pilates workout 😊 Didn't need any extra break and did all the exercises without stopping... I'm proud of me 🥰 keep in mind that i'm used to hiit workout ! So it wasn't really hard but i totally enjoyed it. I felt so peaceful and graceful 🦋💜
