50 years old. At the end of each of the 4 rounds, Devil Press sets were too hard. Now, after 15 sessions: I condensed it in 4x supersets. Keep-Going talk is instrumental. God bless!

I’m loving this workout I’m doing this twice a week and then my usual bro splits at the gym. Finally getting some cardio in.
However. It’s not quite total body it’s super weak on chest and hardly touches triceps.

Also at the gym you can switch up weights. Go heavier on legs.

Restarted again this routine after a weekend break. Yesterday started with two rounds, today managed to do 4 rounds within 23 mins! 😅

Just discovered this workout. Quick, effective, hits all the muscles that need to be hit. For now, substituting devil presses (I'll do push ups on the side) for globlet squat with press, devils presses kicked my butt🥵

Did this today as wanted easier workout as woke up not really in mood. Good, straightforward workout. I skipped the rests a fair bit to add more challenge. Got 5 rounds in. Push as hard as you feel you can (could be steady state of really have you puffing!) and it’s a great little burner if short on time 👍
