OOOH YES! Tri sets are the name of the game for this total body workout! This 20 minute tri sets workout is an awesome addition to your strength training routine to challenge you in a new way and help you define and strengthen your muscles! As I like to say, you will be amazed at what you can accomplish in 20 minutes!
This workout requires only dumbbells that challenge you for the exercises we work through. A mat or cushy surface will also come in handy because we will be on the ground for a few of the exercises. We work the arms, back, chest, abs, and legs for a well-rounded full body resistance training session!
As always focus on maintaining proper form and full range of motion, work at your own pace, go heavy enough, challenge yourself, and of course, make the most of it!
