Get ready for one of the best Home Full body Workouts of your LIFE! Let's do this! A dumbbell only full body workout that you can do from the comfort of your own home! This workout is perfect to grow your biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders, back and legs!

This video is full length which means you can just follow along with whatever I'm doing. If you need extra rest, just pause the video. If you don't need a rest - watch it the whole way through.

You can hit this home workout 3-4 x per week - and if you wanted to keep active on your other days - be sure to check out my other workouts!

Started working out 7 months ago, did this workout along with Fraser's 10 min abs workout and 20 min upper body workout videos. Can't even begin to describe how much my body changed in such a short time and I'm damn proud of myself for never giving up.

I was 95 kg (209 lbs) back in august 2023. Today i'm 83 kg (182 lbs). I do this workout almost everyday but the two most important factors of my diet routine are probably morning walk and sleeping time.
I walk every morning around 4000 steps or approximately 30 mins and get enough sleep at least 6 hours every night. These two are probably crucial to my journey to lose weight.
I'm aiming to be at 75 kg by the end of the year, hopefully this inspires others to start today!
Edit: i'm 160 cm (5'3 ft) if anyone asking

Who else gained like 40 pounds of fat and lost all their muscle over quarantine and is trying to get back at it. Thanks for the workout, appreciate it.

EDIT: Started going to the gym March. Went from 180 to 157. and also gained a shit ton of muscle. I look a lot better (according to others at least I can't really tell). Tryna finish the glow up before I go back to university.

Really thankful to have this video in my routine. For me it also works well as a general pacer. There are a few times I will do a different lift but still keep pace and rest at the same times.

A great workout packed into 20mins and honestly had trouble keeping up (just started working out), and by the end of it only my stomach/ab area not feeling too much of the burn so i guess that will have to be focused on seperately. Thanks for the great tutorial.

I've been following this workout routine for 3x per week since two months. It's a game changer for me and I've gain some muscles and wide shoulders.
