I work out 5 days a week intense.. this gone be my chill Saturday and Sunday work out ! To keep my body moving 😊

I had a stroke on Jan.25 this year. Prior to that I was doing an aerobic walk for 2 miles 3x a week, after work. I did quit my part time job a few weeks ago due to fatigue and cognitive problems. Since I started physical therapy, just yesterday I added this light aerobic walk. It's just enough on top of my PT workout and I feel like I am just starting to gain more stamina. Thanks for the perfect aerobic walk I can handle and improve my stamina ❤.

She makes it look sooo easy! For some it's an effort, 36 steps is a lot initially. I will give it a try.

I love these workouts!!! It's hard to believe that doing these workouts twice a day has made a big difference for me! I haven't lost pounds, but I've definitely lost inches. I love the fact that there are so many videos, so I can mix it up to help prevent boredom and to keep me challenged. I'm not able to get to the gym, and as a woman in her 60's, I didn't think there was any hope for me. Instead I'm in the best shape that I've been in for many years, and my balance has been improved too! So glad I found these!!

I really liked it but why are there no arm movements during side steps or kick back? This would increase the calories burned and make it more fun. Just asking. Thanks
