I love these videos. Best exercise routines ever. They’re easy steps and I like that the routine changes as you move along. If I have any issue with a movement, I just make my own way to proceed and then just keep going. I started your videos this past March and have been using it every day since then. I feel lighter and stronger. My energy is up and my sleep is great. I feel like you’re my personal trainer. Your quotes are very inspiring and thoughtful. Keep up the great work. Really fun music (just did the 80's video) and good moves. Having good instruction and good music with no chatter is sorely underestimated by some instructors. The continuous talking is one of the most complained about behavior in Zumba or Cardio Dance classes I do. This was the best part of my day!! ThankYou
