I’ve just completed this workout for the first time. 1605 steps but I’m a bit older than Lucy (and nowhere near as fit!) So at age 74 I’m happy with that! Usually I do the belly and waist workouts as that’s where I have the extra fat. Love them all and am so grateful to my daughter for introducing Lucy’s workouts to me.

Thankyu, I normally do morning walk average 90 minutes three times a week. It's been raining n my regular walking paths are ery slippery. I decided to search for indoor exercises and found you. Loved it❤
I'll be visiting here regardless of the weather from now. Use this as my Pre- walk warm up exercise.

Love your indoor walking videos. I'm 80 so the 15 and 20 minute one are ideal. Just done 2 and feeling very sweaty. Thank you so much. I'm. Determenedcto still be walking when I'm 90 altho I do have spondylitis so my back is really stiff.
