This fast-paced walking workout will be sure to get your heart rate up with ONLY low impact moves!! You will be burning lots of calories and burning fat!

If you stick to it, you will see results! Just stay consistent, I'm here to do it with you, and encourage you so you don't give up!

Over the past 10 months I have lost over 50lbs of body fat just through moving at least 20-30 mins per day, 5 days a week!

I did this workout for 2 weeks along with intermittent fasting and I lost about 3kgs still going strong 💪 ❤❤

I did this workout for 9 days. my waist was 28.2 inches and after 8 days it was 27.4 inches. Without any changes in diet. And no other workout

it's crazy how I started doing her workouts 5 times a week for 2 weeks now and I've already felt that I'm able to do more without taking a break! These workouts are so easy but I always end up screaming for water half way through 😂 I'm glad something so easy can make me sweat and pant.

I don't know if it's really considered progress but today I felt confident enough to do the workout wearing shorts and didn't even cry after seeing myself in the mirror. It's either positive dynamic of the workouts or just good mood (perhaps both). Just wanted to share. Thank you for what you are doing, Jo 💜

I did this for the first time today I’m 592 lbs and it’s such a good work out I was able to do most of the workout and some I had to slow down for myself but really proud I was able to complete a whole workout

the three major things that have been keeping me motivated to continue ur workouts are: 1. my collarbone has become more noticeable which i find a good sign 2. i notice my double chin is going away 3. i love ur energy and smile jo! i am a 16 year old girl. i am very insecure about my weight and i wanted to lose weight this summer for cheer next year so i can be more comfortable and feel a lot better. i started doing jo’s workouts last month but it’s been kinda on and off because i’ve been busy with school and i also went to camp for a week. but now that school is out i finally have more time to work on myself! i havent noticed any change in my weight but i’m confident that i’ll see results if i stay determined and consistent. one major issue i have is that i have a problem with not eating healthy. i stopped drinking soda a long time ago and like every month i’ll take a small sip of it. and i eat sugar like once a week or so. but i love tortillas and bagels and all those kinda of carbs so i feel like it may have an effect but i’m trying to eat s little bit better. overall, i really love ur workouts jo and i will be sticking with them for as long as it takes😊

THIS ONE GOT ME!!! It was so much fun but boyyyy was it sweaty!!! I am down 6 lbs in a month using your I work out 6 days a week and have a rest day (sundays for meal prep and reset!!!) I have never been more proud of myself!!! Thank you for making these resources free!!! I have never felt more confident and sexy!!!! I've struggled to lose weight with different workouts from different different fitness trainers but I don't see big change in my body. With yours, with just this workout only, have managed to lose 2kgs in 3 weeks. You are so good in what you do. Be blessed and continue helping us lose these stubborn lower belly fat

I used to work out daily but i slacked off and it’s been impossible to get consistent in the gym again.
