I just started with these workouts. I worked out at the gym for about 2 years, but became really sick and couldn’t workout for almost 2 months. I’m in my 50’s and needed something with low impact and easy enough to do to get back into my workout routine. I love these workout videos! Something I will be doing for a long time! With a 15 minute workout, I can do it during lunch to help get me the afternoon!

❤❤❤❤ I'm sweating so bad, and I love it. I'm so glad I found you're videos. I have anxiety, depression, chronic osteoarthritis, and am currently disabled. I've been doing your videos for 2 months now, and I haven't been able to move like this, since I was in my twenty's ! Thank you so much for your videos. I started with the chair exercises, due to my bad knees and back, but now I'm doing the walking exercise videos and making all the way through! 😊😊😊❤❤

Just found you this morning. Did the 15 minutes. Love it. I am 67 and have lower back issues, but can do the low impact workout. I workout each morning before going to my job as a custodian. Thank you for this great workout

I LOVED this one - probably the best one yet - because it was not too high impact, had walking breaks in between, addressed many body parts, not too long, and the music was spot on! Thank you & please keep making the great content!

I have tried many work-out videos on you tube and a lot of them are very hard on your neck and back. I am 48, a chiropractor, trained in physiology and rehabilitation. I love these videos and am so happy to have found them. She offers the most ergonomically correct (with options to modify) exercises working key core muscles that I’ve found over the years we must keep strong. Exercise and strength is not about tearing your body down, it’s about picking the right exercises and doing them correctly and regularly that will have the biggest impact on our bodies and quality of life as we age. She’s got it right!

Omg thank you for creating a workout that is actually for people over 50. I’m so happy all the exercises are standing and do not require transitioning from the floor. My knees don’t like that! I had so much fun I actually WANT to do it again after dinner👏👏👏

I loved the work outs, I do the arms for flab, and the fat burner walk in doors for 15minutes they have really helped me a lot, for the first time in my life, my hips and sides are going away, I can now sit in those small chairs at the doctor's office. Thanks again you are God sent.👍💙♥️

I am really loving all of your videos!! I just love the whole way you present these. I love that they we are not doing several repetitions of the same movement and the fact that you use high energy music in the background(a must for me!) and that you don't talk all throughout the video..only what is needed...I never had to exercise much before and still kept a pretty good shape and the reason that I didn't do it much because I HATE gyms and never found any exercise videos I could stick with...but now I am 54, and due to menopause I have been gaining weight and belly fat. I have been doing your videos consistently for about three months and I can see a difference in my stomach and my back doesn't get as achy as it did before...thank you very much💗
