29, 01 2024 Hurray, Jules, I did it! I noticed that I was slightly out of sync with you at times, being slower but the main thing is I managed to do it. I hope and plan this week to be different from that hopeless last week where I hardly exercised. I started a new week. 😃

FAB-O!!! Always love it when you come up with a new routine! I especially like it when you've devised some different arm-leg movements, that keep my arms moving in different directions, in different combinations! Makes the ol' brain pan fire on [mostly] all cylinders! The lateral leg raise, with the arm extensions sorta makes me look like a flapping albatross...but no one can see me, so I flap away!

THANK YOU!!!! I'm 67 and in bad health, I walk with a cane and on really bad days I use a rollator. This is something I think that I might be able to do and do regularly.
