30 minute Beginner Yoga for Building Strength and Flexibility | Day 10 of Beginner Camp

Starting 30th September to practice many asanas, meditations and learn the yoga philosophy.

Muscular strength translates to mental strength. And by muscular strength, I don't mean that you need big muscles. If your body feels strong from within, you will feel more confident and active. Maintaining strong muscles in the long run will also help you stay mobile and fit even in your 80s! A Yogi never wants to be dependent on anyone.

Your muscles may burn and feel sore in today's session but push through! This is when your muscles are truly growing.

Things to remember
1. Practice on an empty stomach. Always keep a gap of at least 3 hours between your meal and practice. If you have had a fruit, 2 hours is good enough.
2. Wear loose cotton clothes while practising. Please do NOT wear tight, polyester, dry fit clothing while practising yoga. Your skin needs fresh air as you get in and out of asanas.
3. Practice only as much as you comfortably can. Never try to force yourself into poses. Please remember to be gentle with yourself.
4. If you’re a complete beginner, it would be wise to keep a mirror next to you. This will help you observe yourself as you get in and out of asanas and allow to self-correct

Stay consistent with your practice with this yoga camp. It’s okay to miss one day but never miss twice! Happy Practising 🥳

Today I finished my yoga class at 5:40am. I can't believe I did it. Getting out of bed can be challenging, but I don't want to miss a single day of practice❤ Thank you satvic team❤

Really I would like to thank the entire Satvik Team for your great contribution to the better world🙏🙏Your 21 days UHC was an eye opener for me to follow healthy eating, exercising, quitting dairy and non-veg...I couldn't believe that I am an vegetarian now...But I couldn't completely quit dairy due to family related things😄But will definitely become vegan soon👍

Day 10 April 10, 2023 I m very proud of myself for making this far, i never came this far till day 10 Really Grateful .Although Today's practice was Challanging but it was worth doing it. Thank You so much universe and Radhika did for this session.

Today I completed 10 the day... I feel proud of myself... This is the 3rd time I am starting 21 day yoga challenge but the last 2 times I didn't complete it. I achieved half of the journey... Thank you so much static yoga team....

Day 10, May 10 2023 yes i m really proud of myself that i did 10 days yoga although i missed 1 day in between but i managed to get back on track. As i m doing Yoga i m feeling that there is a lot of like lot of resistance in me for things and it's showing up more now... I m very grateful that i m able to identify these resistances and will try to release them.. I loved the idea of making your body free of blockages and -ve energies piling up.Thank You so much for The yoga session. ans yes my will power and my mental strength is also increasing through each practice.😄

Last January onwrds am doing this 21 day challenge... whenever i missed t i felt incomplete...and i do this twice a day...felling more relaxed and flexible thank U Satwik yoga especially to U Radhika mam❤

I and my wife are following this, we agree with all other comments, your voice is very calming and helps us do the yoga correctly . Do you have an in-person workshop too that we can join sometime in Nov/Dec timeframe of this year ?
