A full body beginner yoga class for strength and flexibility. No props needed!

Hey yogis, this class is meant for beginners and anyone who wants to work on their foundation. This is a 30 minute beginner vinyasa flow yoga class where no props are required. This is a full body practice that will work on both strength and flexibility for a well balanced yoga session.

Now just because a class is for beginners, doesn't mean it isn't challenging! If you're new to yoga, remember that the most important thing is to stay focused on your breath. Don't worry if you don't get all the poses correctly or if you need to take a break. Be patient with yourself, do what you can and remember to relax. This is a wonderful class to alleviate stress and anxiety.

2 years ago I had a very bad fall and sprained all four ligaments (2-3 degree sprains)in my right ankle. After a huge recovery process, I found myself weak, over weight and depressed. I found your yoga channel about a year ago, and started with just 10-15 minutes. I was soooo stiff and my range of motion especially in my right ankle was awful, but I stuck with it, and now I'm hooked. I can do 35-50 minutes 4-5 timers a week now, and I am so much more flexible and strong. I can even hold a side plank now! Yay me! :) But my external strength isn't all that's changed...I have been able to get off my anti-depressant and my mind is so much clearer and peaceful. Your channel literally changed my life. Thank you so much. I really love the minimal cues practices. Can you do some more 30 minutes videos for beginners with minimal cues??? Thankful from Michigan, Ali Sieffert

I love this beginner yoga workout. I also love it when you add music to your workouts, like this one, bc it makes it more relaxing. I am 62 and although I have been doing yoga for a while now, I really enjoy the easier poses and your stretching videos.

This video needs more likes and views. I just love her. I am just starting to get back in shape and Yoga is the best way to start getting in shape and building a fitness daily habit. Plus yoga decreases injuries, flexibility, stress and total body strengthening. Which in turn helps your body to be best prepared to get moving to higher intensity workouts. I am not a beginner, but when I feel like having a smooth class, I sometimes do beginner's classes. I really enjoyed this one as it was an easy level, but not just basic poses. So that was just perfect for what I wanted to do.

EXCELLENT, Cassandra❤️TY, I AM 66 YRS OLD&WORKED OUT MY WHOLE, I taught many different types of fitness classes in 80's, 90's, and more☺️, you are so educated and share it with us in lamens terms so we understand❤️this one is my Favorite so far TY, I also taught power yoga for 8 yrs.in my 40s☺️

My wife and I cycle through four of Kassandra’s 30 minute yoga sessions: purple, white, blue, and black 😊 (in that order). We both really feel strengthened by these videos. It’s a part of our weekly routine.
