Welcome to your 30 min beginners yoga flow. This class includes the foundational postures that are great for yoga beginners to build strength and flexibility.

Todays class is guided at a slow and steady pace to give you plenty of time to find your alignment and experience each pose. I also offer different options so that you can increase of decrease the difficulty, depending on what you need.

If you are new to yoga I really recommend this class as a starting point to familiarise yourself with the postures and the flow of breath and movement.

I hope you enjoy this beginners yoga flow.

This is one of the best beginner yoga classes I’ve found online. She is peaceful and moves through the poses deliberately with excellent instructions. No unnecessary commentary.

Hello Charlie! I just did this class. Wherever I have a gap in my practices, I always go back to your beginner-improver classes to restart, relearn, and refresh my journey. It really helps my body and awareness to remember that I can start from scratch again again, and that doesn't make my journey any less from what it is. I'm really thankful for the classes! ❤

I just did this after about a little over a weeks break from yoga due to a cold.


It's amazing just how the body loses flexibility and strength when consistency is left behind.

I felt like a beginner all over again lol.

Time to get back to my daily practice.

I picked this video today thinking, "ooo, let's go slow on ourselves today and chill out"
And honestly, it was more intense for me than most of the intermediate videos I choose!
The slow flow, the log instructions meant I had to hold the position longer and uff....it was challenging for my patience and body and mind.

I started doing a combination of calisthenics, Pilates and yoga to try and stop my back from going out on me so much. I'm 54, so it's quite a concern.
Yesterday I did this routine with you and I cannot remember, in recent memory, when my back was so free of pain.

I just started yoga for the first time ever, today is day 4. I am really starting to enjoy doing it every morning. I’ve been having a lot of pain in my shoulders lately and i just feel it disappear each day a bit more. I love that! ❤️ This class made me feel super relaxed, and at the same time energized to start the day. I really enjoyed it. My goal is to do 20 to 30 minutes of yoga every day for a year, to see how i feel after that, and to truly find out who i am and just take care of myself. I find that extremely hard as a mom. So thank you for this amazing class and the hard work you put into it to help everbody. ❤

It’s always a good idea to go through basics with a slow and beautiful flow. I appreciate when I have the time to focus on this mental part of yoga, and sometimes during an intermediate flow, I lose my focus. As always, a big thank you ❤. I really love your flows without music, because it’s good to listen to your voice/nature, and when I feel like music I can always add some in the background.

This is a very great wake up flow morning after a back workout. Really felt the focus on my entire back and worked out the stiff/soreness to start the day feeling good.

Hey Charlie, Thank you so much for the fundamentals. I've come from a dance background many moons ago and we used to do both yoga and pilates as part of our conditioning and I always struggled with yoga. I always wondered why I was always the one to have to shuffle and reposition constantly and all these years later after finding your videos and reintroducing myself to yoga, you said it's common depending on your proportions. I'm still quite flexible but after many years of chronic illness, I lack the strength and your videos have really helped in just 1 week to help me understand the correct positions and weight distribution. For the first time in my life, I can honestly say I'm enjoying yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️💜 and that's all down to your wonderful channel! Thank you!!

I loved this. As a Yogi, I find its always worth our while going back and doing the foundations of yoga again again...we call its a beginners mind. Constantly reminding yourself of those alignments that can get lost through doing a pose or change of pose differently. It's always good for us to have a beginners mind once you're many years into practicing yoga
