Dean, I am 61 and recently retired. I am still busy, but have more time to focus on myself and your videos are a perfect fit for me. The 10-20 minute videos leave me with no excuse not to do at least five days a week. They are energizing and a great complement to other activities like walking, biking, golf, etc. Glad I found your YouTube channel!

Great stuff Dean. Have tried yoga a few times as I need to work on my flexibility, but it was all too "fluffy" for me. This really hits the sweet spot for men and athletes. Hope you keep it at. Think I'm finally in :)
