Are you feeling under the weather? Perhaps you're getting over a cold, or feeling a little down in the dumps, tired or simply a little achy? If the answer is yes to any of the above then you'll love this vinyasa flow. The best part is I can relate to how you're feeling because I too was under the weather while filming this yoga sequence. During this flow we'll be taking it easy with only a hand full of chaturanga's, lots of slow meditative movements and some yummy long-hold static stretches to release stress, tension and emotion from the hip flexors, quads and hamstrings.
I hope you guys find this flow peaceful, setting up you for recovery and a beautiful day ahead.
