It's summer and for me I naturally feel like I want to play and be more active --- while still maintaining some focus and my balance. I hope you enjoy this one!

Can I proudly say that I haven't skipped a day since Jan 1? This is a huge deal for me since I have tried to do the 30 day program every January and was never able to keep up with it. My body was such a wreck that everything hurt intensly and most moves would invoke an asthma attack and I'd have to stop. This year I said "too bad. Im doing it." Every time Adrienne would say "focus on what you feel" PAIN! "Find a nice comfortable seat". TORTURE. "Find what feels good" NOTHING! Even laying on the floor in corpse pose hurt terribly. I swore at poor Adrienne during the lives and while she was all zen, I was gritting my teeth and grimacing. Sort of defies the whole purpose of yoga. BUT NOW.... although I'm still laughably bad at the poses most of them don't hurt any more and the last time I had my lungs checked they tested NORMAL. This is HUGE since I've been on disability for 12 years because my lungs were dangerously weak. Big changes are on the way, I think.

Im a soldier in Ukraine and doing your Yoga helps me mitigate injury and stress . Thanks for the videos. By the way its funny whenever you say "Take a peaceful moment" and theres artillery going off not soo far away.😂

I have been horribly depressed and out of shape for some time now and have kept saying I would commit to one of your 30 day challenges for some months. Today I got off my ass and finally started this one. I lasted 15 minutes. I am sweaty, exhausted, in pain, and honestly I feel ashamed realizing how much I've let myself go. But just doing half of this practice today has made it easier to express those feelings; I've bottled up a ton of stuff. I didn't know it could be this cathartic to just let it out, and I think if I continue this challenge, it'll get even easier. So thank you, Adriene. I'm looking forward to continuing my yoga journey with you and becoming a healthier, happier version of myself.

I started my morning with this practice, even though flow isn't my jam. Yet, I feel good and am proud of myself for landing on my may and showing up in the shapes that served me. Thank you, Adriene and the community ❤.

My mantra for today: I trust that this moment will serve me. I discovered it during today's practice, with a quiet seeking and focusing on breath and movement, I found the words. This is what I want to live. Thank you for the sweet opportunity to practice such a thing, especially in difficult-to-hold poses! I feel the benefits of years of regular practice 💪🏻🧘🏻‍♀🩷

This is the first Yoga I have done without my good boy and best friend of almost 11 Years. This is for you Argo who used to stand over me quite worried when I would bend myself into strange shapes and who I would have to spend many minutes after the practice reassuring him that I was okay. I hope everyone else had an amazing practice.

I've never taken the opportunity to express my deep gratitude for what you have been offering all these years... Like so many people, I have been struggling a lot and yoga is one of the few ways I have to deal with everything. Doing this and setting a goal for June 2025 (1 day early) to finish this playlist by June 30th! This was tricky but I managed it, I feel quite satisfied at the end (and tired). Good luck to everyone doing this, hope we reach our goals :)
