Been walking with Andi several times a week doing her 1000 steops in 10 minutes and still enjoyed the snow covered mountain top. Was glad to see this new video and it is a good pace for me (I was sweating towards the end) and her smile and good humor is so infectious. Thanx Andi

I really enjoy this workout. Andi's the best. I like that she has hand movements to show what the next move will be along with "Listen", gets your attention that there's a change. When I first started and because I had a weak core, my back would be killing me during the workout. But after 2 weeks, I'm happy to say that is no longer an issue. I have lost weight and areas are tightening up so thank you Andi and Silver Sneakers!

I love these videos. They are for seniors and also for anyone who is in shape who is not feeling well. We all cannot do extreme exercises every day and it probably is not healthy to do that. Thank you so much Silver Sneakers! I am a true fan.

Tqvm Andi.. Just discovered yr channel., and I love what I've discovered. I did it alright, but a little clumsy. It's like being first day in school. Some of the moves are new to me. Have had my great granddaughter for a couple weeks so unable to get my regular daily outside walk. This has been great to keep me in shape til I can get back outside next week. I did it it seated today. Way harder!
